Each of our fragrances is made to order with care and intention. While we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for tracking updates. Our team is diligently working behind the scenes Monday through Friday to ensure every order meets our standards of quality and love. 

We've secured discounted shipping rates through USPS and UPS—and we're happy to pass those savings directly on to you! At checkout, you'll be able to choose your preferred carrier, and your shipping cost will be calculated based on the package weight. Rest assured, we never inflate our shipping fees.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, you are welcome to swap or resell your items within our community Facebook group.

A "Combined Shipping" option will be activated 30 minutes after each launch. This allows customers who place a second order during the same restock window to avoid paying duplicate shipping fees. Please note:

• Combined Shipping applies only to multiple orders placed within the current restock window.
• All customers must select a shipping option on at least one order.

Our fragrances are presented in elegant round glass bottles with a beautiful rose gold sprayer. Each label is crafted in-house. While we are currently focused on simple, refined packaging, we’re confident you’ll love the overall presentation. This approach allows us to keep our products beautiful yet affordable—just for you.

All of our fragrances are crafted as Extrait de Parfum. Each blend contains up to 30% fragrance oil or follows IFRA guidelines—whichever allows for the highest concentration. Our goal is to deliver richly concentrated scents while remaining within the recommended strength for safe and enjoyable wear on skin.

For best results, apply our perfumes to pulse points—such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears—where warmth helps the fragrance unfold beautifully and last longer. To enhance longevity and depth, we recommend layering with a complementary lotion or oil before applying your Extrait de Parfum.
